Shipping Policy

To initiate a return or reprint or refund request (including in the event of damage), please Email US: info@visionaryfilming.co.uk with the following information before shipping the Good back to us:

  • Your name and billing address

  • Your order number and shipping address

  • Date you received your order

  • Reason for return or reprint or refund request

Damaged Items and Reprint Requests

In the event of damage, please include the following, additional information in your return request email:

  • Photo of the damage to your artwork

  • Photo of the shipping box it arrived in

  • Brief description of the damage

  • Preference to replace or refund your order

Our customer service team will provide the information related to your return. When sending your return back to us, please print your order number on the outside of the box.

When will my order ship?

We strive to produce and ship your order within 7 business days.  For orders placed in the U.K., your order should arrive within one week of shipment.  For orders placed in the European Union, your order should arrive within Two - Three weeks of shipment. If it has been over 5 days and your order has not shipped, please contact us on info@visionaryfilming.co.uk

How do I track my order?

As soon as your artwork ships, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may contact us on info@visionaryfilming.co.uk to check on the status of an order. Please include your order number in your request.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped to your home or business via ground service. All artwork is securely packaged in double-walled, Royal Mail-approved corrugated packages. If your order is oversized, it may arrive via freight.

How can I request expedited shipping?

If you need your order fast, expedited shipping may be available depending on your order details. Please contact us on info@visionaryfilming.co.uk for more information.

What does it cost to ship within the United Kingdom?

See below shipping table for cost each item shipped within the contiguous United Kingdom.

 Also Rates are dependant on Weight of items. For inquiries please check with Royal Mail / your local shipping vendor.

What does it cost to ship outside of the United Kingdom?

At this moment, we only ship to locations based in the United Kingdom and European Union.  Shipping costs outside the United Kingdom will vary based on your location.  The cost for shipping any order outside the United Kingdom will be calculated and included during the check-out process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Coupons?

Only one per order. Each coupon may only be used once.

What if I have a PO BOX or military address for my ship-to destination?

Please contact us to discuss your shipping options for a PO Box or military address on info@visionaryfilming.co.uk

Can I make changes to my order?

No changes can be made once your order has been processed for shipment. For address changes, if you are unable to receive your order at the address listed, once the product has been returned to our warehouse we can reship to the correct address. Packages that must be reshipped due to faulty or incorrect addresses will be assessed a second delivery charge. 

Return & Exchange Policy

PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES:

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, however, If you are dissatisfied with your photo we will be obliged to re-print or send you a soft copy version only.

Returns are made at the customer's expense and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. After we receive your request for Images, you will be notified by email with a confirmation that we received the notification and reasoning and we will then assess the email and make judgement with information you have provided about your reprint / next course of action. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

Refunds are not available for pre-approved custom items or digital downloads (see below).

 

CUSTOM MONTAGES, A4/A5 PRINTS, ALBUMS, KEYRINGS, MUGS, FIRDGE MAGNETS AND PHOTO BOOKS:

For products where you have pre-approved a proof such as montages, A4/A5 Prints, albums, keyrings, mugs, fridge magnets and photo books, there are no refunds available on any such custom product order.

Custom products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

​

> a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date it was received;

​

> it was damaged during posting (a separate claim must be filed with the carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received); or

​

> there was a processing error when compared to the pre-approved proof.

DIGITAL FILE DOWNLOADS:

For digital downloads there are no refunds available once they have been received.  Should the download fail we will allow additional downloads free of charge.

Incorrect Fulfillment

If the wrong photo is sent to you, or the documented order is incomplete, Visionary Photography will send the correct items to you free of charge.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is defective.  As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Legal rights

Please note that none of the above terms affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.  If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

 

ARTWORK:

If you are not delighted and/or inspired with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. You are responsible for returning the artwork in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please clearly print your order number on the outside of the box.

Returns are made at the customer's expense and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. After we receive your artwork / Images, you will be notified by email with a confirmation that we received the art and with information about your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
